Securex Security & Fire

Securex Security & Fire is a London-based installer of security and fire systems with over a decade of industry experience, having installed security systems for more than 10 years. The company is BTEC qualified and insurance approved.

It serves residential, commercial, retail, industrial, education, healthcare, construction, and religious properties across London and surrounding areas. Services include intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, door entry, electrical, and data installations, using industry-leading brands such as HIKVISION, PAXTON, PYRONIX, AJAX, TEXECOM, VISONIC, and EATON.

Burglar alarm and fire protection work sits at the centre of what customers describe, with call-outs for malfunctioning house alarms, faulty batteries and networking installations recurring throughout the feedback. Several reviewers highlight how quickly an engineer responds, including one account of an alarm being disabled remotely while the owner was abroad and another of an engineer arriving within twenty minutes after a midnight call about a system that would not stop sounding. Alex is named repeatedly and is described as professional, personable and knowledgeable about the systems he works on, with customers noting that he explains faults clearly and stays until the problem is resolved.

A detail many reviews return to is the standard of finish on cabling and equipment, with CAT6 Ethernet runs and networking gear fitted neatly against walls and left orderly. Reviewers often mention punctuality, courteousness and fair quotations, alongside swift handling of battery faults and emergency call-outs. Work is also carried out at short notice and outside standard hours when needed, and the advice given before and after installation is described as transparent. The result is a consistent account of reliable fault-finding across Muswell Hill and the surrounding area.
