Was recommended and came out promptly to change alarm batteries. System was unable to set after the visit and to date no return visit to look at the alarm issue. Last few messages asking for a time have been unanswered unfortunately Update….. it transpired that the front door contact battery had been put in upside down so I don’t understand how the system could have been fully tested. I have no missed calls about arrangements for another visit but I do have my sent messages saved that weren’t replied to.

Very knowledgeable and professional. We got cameras and wireless alarm system fitted. Works really well and simple to use. Would highly recommend JSS Scotland.
