I recently had an alarm system and CCTV installed at my mum’s house by Russell from AES, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Russell was professional, reliable, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms and made sure we were comfortable with how the system works before he left. The installation itself was done to a very high standard — neat, tidy, and with great attention to detail. The alarm system and CCTV setup both work perfectly and give us real peace of mind knowing the house is well protected. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with home security, but I would absolutely recommend Russell and AES Security and Alarm Systems to anyone looking for a quality job. 5 stars all the way!

I called Russ to get advice about my cctv, on a recommendation of a friend. I arranged for Russ to call at a time which suited my shift work. He arrived on time, looked at current system that I have installed, and recommended an upgrade of cameras, explaining the benefits of the new cameras. We arranged a date again suitable to my shift work. Russ arrived on time, very tidy worker and certainly knows his trade. The price quoted was the price charged (no extra hidden charges). Russ also helped and advised on another electrical issue I had, and he resolved & fixed it at no extra cost. I would 100% recommend Russ & AE Solutions for any electrical/CCTV enquiries.

We have just moved into a bungalow and needed to replace an outdated installation. Russell is very personable and took time to walk round the property with us to get to understand our needs. He then clearly explained the alternatives available to us before we made our decision. He removed the old system and installed and commissioned the new system with no fuss and very little mess. He took time to explain to us the operation of the new installation which turned out to be extremely straight forward. We can’t recommend Russell highly enough.

I found Russell to be very polite and knowledgeable, he attended my property as a workman to install better networking for my son as he's into gaming but left as a friend, he's a great guy 100% recommended I kept him topped up on coffee thanks again.

I rang these as I like to keep things local and they come with good recommendation form a friend What can I say I’ve had a full system put in at home with minimal wiring on show they really think about the look of the cameras and the areas they cover Not like some firms out there drilling holes all over your house feeding cables all over the place I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t use anybody els The price was fair (cheaper then other quotes) and the workmanship was top draw
