Pinnacle Security

Pinnacle Security provides security services and equipment throughout the UK. Its staff are fully licensed and trained. The company operates a Webeye approved control room and monitoring station. Its clients include schools, colleges and blue chip national organisations. Pinnacle Security is a prime installer and partner of HikVision products. Its services include key holding and alarm response, CCTV installations and rentals, monitoring, access control and intruder alarms.

Business and domestic clients across Nottingham repeatedly commend the professionalism and friendliness of the team, with James and Craig named by reviewers for their approachability and readiness to assist. Reliability is a recurring theme: the firm is described as responsive and dependable, with staff available whenever problems arise. Quality of installation work also comes up often, covering CCTV, electric gates and barriers, and access control systems. One difficult access control project was completed outside standard hours while coordinating with the client and other trades, keeping to both budget and programme.

Going beyond expectations to deliver peace of mind is another point reviewers raise, together with clear communication during and after jobs. The practical, long-term relationship the company maintains is valued too, with a supplier noting that the team continually seeks new ways to protect clients' properties, businesses and families. Staff are consistently portrayed as helpful, skilled and straightforward to deal with, whether the task is a routine installation or a more demanding security challenge involving multiple trades on site.
