The initial meetup installation and guidance was spot on. But the after sale help with appliances have been beyond poor. I totally get that life gets in the way/ one becomes busy. But the basic courtesy to just reply to a message seemed to be too hard for the team. 2 months I waited to get a reply to disable the system for tenants. And after no replies to phone calls or emails, had to resort to external payment to remove them. They might be competitive for security systems, although others out there are now competitive enough to match their price (only comparing my system). After sales contact, forget about it. Chances are slim to zero
Stay away! We had work done a while back with this outfit. Sunny had come round to sort out our CCTV systems for our convenience store. At first all seemed ok, although the system was horribly slow. As time went on our camera signal kept on cutting out to the point where it would just show a blank screen on the monitor. I had phoned him several times to come round and take a look to which he said he would after finding some time to do so. After endless calls, he picked up one of the calls and said he apparently came to the store, which ironically was a day i was never in, and had blamed a staff member for being rude to him?! And that is the reason why he wouldn’t come back! You can’t make this stuff up. Unprofessional and lazy at it’s finest.
We had a problem with one of the intruder alarm sensors not communicating with the control panel which meant that the alarm was not functioning. Sunny came out the same day and resolved the problem really efficiently. It’s quite an old system so I will be getting Sunny to service it regularly in future. Quick efficient and cheerful - thanks guys.
We were very impressed with Sunny who advised us when our old system needed updating and gave us a fair price. Installation was quick and efficient and he talked us through the operation of the new system. We would highly recommend him
Had issue with alarm not turning off , no contract so supplier reluctant to help and could not guarantee same day call out despite emergency charge. Called Sunny , super helpful and although couldn’t attend as on another job talked me through process. Very helpful and will definitely use in the future and recommend.
