We've recently replaced our old CCTV and Intruder systems with Clear Sound and we're very satisfied with the products and associated Apps, and no more ongoing monthly bills to ADT. Shout-out to Ethan and Lucian who installed the systems, and Suzie back in the office who provides great support service.
Massive thank you to Clearsound, needed an emergency call out and they were able to accommodate me to come out the same day, huge weight off my shoulders,sorted out my alarm and got me onto a service agreement at a fab price. Thank you so much Clearsound!
My mum wanted a new alarm system for her house as the current one was way too old. Communication was on point even with my retired mother, they were in and done on time on the day they said they would. They were friendly, thorough and explained everything clearly. I didn't post a review at the time but when I heard they did a check-up visit to make sure the equipment was in good condition. My mum couldn't praise them enough, chatting and made sure she know what they were doing. You have to appreciate after sale care like that. So 5 Stars earned... And I know who I'm going with when I finally get my own house. Thank you
I only had a contact with one of their engineers, very rude, arrogant, tried to sound smart but very little knowledge. If I am correct name was Callum or something. There better and more friendly places for security and alarms...
Used clear sound security for a one off call out and was extremely happy with the service by both the engineer and admin staff- everyone was very friendly / professional, and they were able to attend on the same day. I will most definatley be using this company again and highly reccomend
Clear Sounds Security team were faultless with Lee installing A1 job and being punctual, informative and helpful. Great service and installation. AAA recommended.
