Homeowners and property owners in Stoke-on-Trent who have had camera systems fitted describe a consistently smooth experience from the first visit through to completion. Dave, Jenny and David are named repeatedly, with reviewers praising their professionalism, diligence and the friendly, down-to-earth manner in which they work. The quality of the finished installation is a recurring theme: customers report being pleased with the results, noting that cameras cover both the front and the back of a property and can be viewed on a television screen or a mobile device.

Tidiness comes up often, with several accounts stating that no mess was left inside the home and that cables were kept to a minimum on show. Clear explanations of how the equipment works are another point that comes up, alongside prompt attendance, including one occasion when a call was answered and the issue resolved within a short time. The pricing is described by customers as fair and reasonable for the work carried out, and the overall service is characterised as accommodating and attentive. Several reviewers mention that they would use the firm again for additional cameras, and that they have already passed the details on to family and friends.
