Been with DB a few years now. Really pleased with my Alarms annual service. The guys are always polite, friendly and on time. Nothing is too much trouble for them and prices are very reasonable

​I recently had a wireless alarm and a hardwired Ring doorbell installed, and I am genuinely thrilled with how the entire process went from start to finish. ​Matt came out to my house beforehand and made certain that I was completely happy with the proposed setup, taking the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. On installation day, Craig worked tirelessly to get everything fitted. He did a fantastic, neat, and clean job completing the entire installation in just one day. Before leaving, he made sure I knew how to operate everything properly. ​The customer service and craftsmanship were top-notch, and I am really pleased with the final result. Highly recommended!

We have used DB alarms twice and each time they have been excellent. They were easy to get in touch with and the price we were quoted was the price we paid. Matt came promptly at the agreed time to install a CCTV system and to do some work on our alarm system. He is very personable and professional and we were very confident he knew what he was doing. The job was completed on time without any inconvenience or mess and Matt , having explained to us the various settings on the CCTV, followed up by sending us a link to a video he’d made for future reference. One week later we had a follow up email to check that everything was ok - exceptional service. Based on our experience both times we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DB alarms to family and friends.

From the first time I called them when the alarm at the house I was moving into went off and I didn't know the code, to four years later, DB Alarms have always been great. All the guys have been helpful, polite and explained what they are doing. The alarm is well maintained and I am confident that if I needed them to look at it on short notice they would do so. I have used D B Alarms for many years, l bought my first alarm from Mark 28 years ago and had it serviced by him. I recently upgraded my alarm and whilst Mark has now retired his son Matt and them team give the same excellent service. I find them pleasant, curtious and efficient clean and tidy. Would recommend
