Dan and Team worked with great diligence during the Installation of our CCTV System. Andrew, the owner, was very flexible and helpful. We have been with Urban Security Customer for over 20 Years and they have provided us a very reliable service. Great people to deal with!
I've had an ongoing issue with Urban Security Constant call out fees are not endearing them to me regarding getting the internet extension system they installed actually working If something that is paid for doesn't work, it would be good customer service to get it sort .Recently I called again to inform them the internet connection wasn't working . After sending out an engineer they have invoiced me a call out fee for him to come out and tell me it's not working and needs fixing ! Hello ?
We recently had our whole system updated by Urban Security, Dan and his team were fantastic. He was polite, attentive, well organised, communicative and extremely professional and knowledgable of the product. We are really pleased to have found such a great local business to greatly improve and look after our system. Nothing was too much trouble. recently had a cctv system on my dads house from first contact to the system being installed the service has been superb and to be honest urban security are the best security company in the whole of south of england and i would happily recommend urban security to friends family and neighbours

Perfect help ,The response from the police was no help ,let the criminals slip away .I was attacked by a Black guy, and about 5 female neighbor's came to my aid ,and saved me from been robbed and severely injured, Plus Andy's CTCV kit recorded the whole assualt. So we have the cat in the bag I hope, due to Urban Security, and the brave females' who came to my aid, Thomas Fraser, Invalid and war Veteran age 83
