My recent engagement included the supply and installation of a new house alarm system and also a CCTV system. From the first call, through to the home visit survey and consultation I was guided through a number of options and advice on security scenarios all in layman’s language, no waffle and keeping it simple. On placing contract the provision journey was managed to suit my timetable and needs, the team were timely, respectful of my home, tidy and professional. Additionally since completion I am impressed with the after sale care and have received a number of check in calls to make sure everything is good and offering support for any operational changes ( not that I have needed any!) great job, great products, great experience and highly recommended.

Swan Security Systems took over the maintenance of my existing alarm system, the initial visit was great, an inspection carried out and everything explained clearly and also charged a reasonable fee! Fast forward a few months and my alarm panel kept beeping constantly, this was at 2am, I contacted Swan Security Systems and they were at my property within 20 mins and resolved the issue. Like I said this was at 2am over a weekend, exceptional service and highly recommended!

Five star service from Dave and his team. Neil, Ashton, Archie and Dan fitted some cameras and upgraded my DVR to a HIK system. Very nice neat job and polite team. Neil especially was very professional and patient to ensure I understood how the system all worked. Thank you James.
