Cambridge-based SSIG-UK, formally Speciality Security Investigation Group, receives consistent positive feedback for its training across security and first aid disciplines. Reviewers repeatedly single out instructors Phil, Clarke and Gemma for their patience, supportive manner and depth of experience, with lessons structured so that participants can follow them without difficulty. Several customers highlight the practical elements of the courses, saying that hands-on exercises helped them understand how to carry out security duties properly. The teaching comes across as professional yet approachable, and trainers are described as taking time to ensure everyone keeps pace before moving on.

Qualifications in emergency first aid and SIA licence preparation are among the courses mentioned, with clear explanation and demonstration noted throughout. One thing mentioned again and again is the welcoming classroom atmosphere, which attendees say made subjects they had initially dreaded feel far less daunting. Reviewers also remark on the fairness of the training fees and the impression that the organisation treats its staff well. Many express an intention to return for additional courses, and some describe being re-trained by the same instructors. The practical sessions and patient guidance from Phil and Clarke remain central to the feedback.
