South East Security | CCTV | Alarm | Installers

I'm very pleased with my experience of using South East Security. From initial contact of getting a quotation for CCTV install, Katie was very helpful, even with a bit of back and forth as I made several changes to my requirements. On the day of installation, everything went smoothly. Ayden arrived at the expected time, was friendly and professional. Kept me informed throughout the day of the process, what stage he was at and worked in a tidy manner. Once the install was complete, Ayden went through the app install and the basics of using the system/app. After contacting Katie regarding a minor issue a month or so after install, where the recent heatwave had caused the external trunking to warp, an engineer (Rudi) was booked to come out. Once again, was friendly and professional and resolved the issue. The one year maintenance that is also included is great peace of mind, and I'll very likely purchase this for the following year.

Really pleased with the CCTV install in terms of functionality and look. Dom was excellent, patiently taking us through in detail how the app works, as well as being extremely personable.

I recently had my annual service completed by James from South East Security and I couldn't be happier with the experience. James was incredibly friendly, attentive, and got the work done very efficiently. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was so easy to understand. Highly recommend James and the team at South East Security

Extremely happy with my CCTV system and service provided, Charlie in particular I feel went above and beyond - Thank you once again

James came to service our alarm system. He was very friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable. We also asked him about our fobs as we had forgotten how to use them. He was very patient with us explaining how to use them. In fact he went above & beyond, which is very rare these days!! He is a credit to your company. Thank you very much James.

We recently had an burglar alarm fitted in our house by South East Security. We felt that throughout the visit and quoting process there was a good understanding of what we required and more importantly what wasn't needed. Once we agreed the work, the date was arranged promptly. James did a great job installing the system. He gave a clear explanation about how best to use the system and was happy to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend South East Security.

Alarm and CCTv fitted this week . No fuss , no problems. Dom arrived on the planned day and impeccably on time . Installation complete Dom then spent a good 20mins thoroughly explaining to me the operation of the alarm and camera, went through the manual also . Can honestly say I was left feeling completely confident with the new kit and how it works . Fabulous! Great company, great staff , highly competent engineers. Delighted, highly recommend!
