I had a 4 camera CCTV & security alarm system installed. Throughout the process, Aftab and Dave have been very professional and have provided the utmost service anyone can ask for. All our questions were answered and we were given great advice throughout the entire process.
Have been using BA Security for years and they have always been 100% reliable. Special mention to Dave the engineer who is always so thorough and helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working as it should. Thanks a lot.
The service provided by Simon Radom and his team from start to completion was first class and professional. They showed a level of care and attention that made everything so clear and easy to deal with. The two gentlemen who installed the CCTV system (Virgil and Tal) were very knowledgeable and took time to explain the system. I have no hesitation in highly recommending BA Security.
Most unhelpful and unprofessional company I have experienced. Offered to have them to maintain equipment that they had installed, they basically ignored me. Then asked for information to pass on to another, more helpful company, the response was a basic 'we don't have any of the information about equipment we installed' roughly translated to - we don't care and cannot be bothered to be helpful. Avoid this company at all costs.
BA Security supplied and installed a two fantastic security cameras with night vision and an alarm system for the home. The team is very professional and take the time to listen to you and make sure you are satisfied. I will definitely be using them again on future properties.
BA Secuiry have provided and maintained a security system for my home for over 20 years, which has been extremely reliable. You need to be able to trust the hardware and the backup support, which they excel at. I needed help just once, typical in the early hours, and within minutes over the phone all was sorted most professionally. Highly recommended...
BA Security installed Security Cameras in our offices and studios. Good quality cameras and a great service and after care, no pushy sales tactics. During the install they were easily contactable and always answered questions and supported with training.
