I had a new DVR installed and all my security cameras checked over. Jon took the time to explain in great detail everything I needed to know about using the Hikvision software and how to access it remotely using my phone. Great service and I will have them back to install some new IP CCTV at my home. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 3rd party camera to get installed. After searching and finding this company on Google, I can honestly say I recommend this company to anyone. Yes the job wasn't big (which could put other companies off from coming), yet within a couple days they arrived and installed my 3rd party equipment with care and efficiency. Great service.

Many thanks to Jon and team for fitting and configuring my CCTV system, it was quite an extensive job and was extremely helpful after installing to show us how to operate the Hikvision system.

I needed a camera just to make sure that a dependant person at a property is always supervised. Silverback had the perfect solution, and now I get notifications to my phone anytime somebody comes or goes, so I can rest assured that the person at the house is always supervised / cared for. I can also share this to any other person's phone if I choose too (although it is password encrypted, and so nobody has access without my say so). I also have the added comfort of 24hr surveillance for security purposes, which is all stored on a hard drive - and it's also great to see when packages are being delivered. The installation was done promptly and tidily and I probably wouldn't have even noticed it if I didn't know it was there. The customer service has been great and I've felt in good hands throughout. 5 stars from me.
