Very poor company who take up a huge amount of time and energy and dont deliver

Same issue as everyone else. Take the money to install, but for example, if you get a new router from your internet provider, it is 300 pounds to reset the DVR box by this company to your new router. Other providers are able to do this reset remotely, and indeed, it is cheaper to buy a new DVR box and hard drive than to use the high reset charges offered by this company. Cheaper still is to read the reviews, recognise that there is limited to zero support from this company as the reviews highlight. Consider other providers or systems. Other company's provided more help and support even though we bought nothing from them initially, so AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Installation was fine. The moment you have an issue, it all goes south. This review is based on a call out charge of £238.80 just to come and see what the problem is. Go elsewhere, some companies care about there customer not want to rob them like this one.

After a positive start, this outfit ended up failing dismally to fix our CCTV system. They claimed that our hardware was failing, but after I read the manual it turns out they were installing the wrong PoE injectors which were burning out. They tried this 3 times (and charged me each time) then wanted to quote me to replace the parts which were in fine working order (and still are). Then when I asked about the wrong PoE injectors they stopped answering my calls (tried >5 times and left messages). I've now contracted another company to finish the fix. Seems like Securico were trying to take advantage - unscrupulous and unprofessional.

Worst support and after sale service. Paid for the extra warranty but when you need help, no one show up. Booked for the site visit and they canceled in the last minutes then reschedule it again. All by email confirmation, I took 2 days off work just for this 2 appointments….. but guessed what! No one turn up again and even no phone call or nothing! I’ve been like an idiot waiting at home all day. What kind of service is it!

5* service from James. Installation was literally a few hours. Nearly had cameras at exact angle I wanted just by him guessing! Customer service is very good. I would highly recommend Securico and will do so to friends and family and anyone who may be looking for a good company at a reasonable price! 😁👍

Absolutely useless company. ZERO service, customer service is abysmal. For something that's meant to keep your home secure, they've left me with multiple issues on multiple occasions that have left my system compromised or unusable and it's been impossible to resolve because of their aforementioned useless/non existent customer service. Avoid at all costs.
