In a world where huge companies are swallowing up smaller ones, and putting their bottom line first, it's great to deal with a more personal, local company, who care about what you want. Rossells recently helped us out with the pre-existing alarm system at our office, even though they didn't install it, as the original installer had gone out of business. Liam attended site very quickly after my first call, listened to what we wanted, and did the servicing and update work we asked for without trying to hard sell me into new products just because our system was old. I really appreciated this approach, which left me feeling very happy with Rossell's service, and like a valued customer not a blank cheque. Security systems are outside of our everyday expertise, so it's great to see professionals using their knowledge to help us out, and not scare us into buying things we don't ultimately need.
