Wilson Alarm Systems Limited who maintain our alarm system responded promptly when we had an issue with a constantly ringing alarm that they pre-diagnosed as outside interference. James came out, investigated the issue, pinpointed the problem, and provided a remedy by altering the tolerance interference settings. Worth the call out fee and so far (it's two weeks later) everything is working smoothly without unnecessary interruptions.
Wilsons took over my alarm maintenance 2 years ago from a previous supplier (AlarmCall). I’ve been really impressed with both the office staff (eg booking appointments, payment queries etc) and the engineers that come around to do the maintenance. The engineers seem knowledgeable and are genuinely polite.
We have used Wilson Alarms company for 30 years have always found their engineers to be efficient friendly and tidy workers. They always respond quickly to emergency call outs. Would very much recommend them.
I have been happy with the product which was installed when the house was built in 1993. Over that time we've had 2 regular service engineers (only 2 years serviced by others) Our current technician Kevin is excellent and has a really friendly nature.
