Professional security guarding is the service offered in Ely and the surrounding area, where the firm is described as the principal provider by those who have used it. Across the accounts, the professionalism of the team emerges as the dominant theme, with Rick Pridmore identified as the owner and chief executive and described as exceptionally capable in his dealings. Reviewers note that requirements can be met at short notice and that the operatives supplied are highly trained for both long-term contracts and one-off events.

Trustworthiness and reliability are mentioned repeatedly, with assignments covered dependably and staff described as honest and fair in their conduct. The involvement of Rick's brother alongside him is acknowledged with approval, and the overall competence of the workforce is a point that comes up often.
