Recurring feedback for this Norwich security guarding provider centres on the professionalism and reliability of its teams, with several customers describing staff as dedicated and helpful when working alongside contractors on site. Teams are described as strong to work with and consistently getting the job done, while one account of a contract transfer to the company characterises the process as painless and straightforward, with the professionalism and efficiency of the team standing out. The smartness of the uniform and the sense that staff genuinely care for both colleagues and clients are singled out as unusual and welcome.

Darren is named in more than one review for his helpful approach and for making the transition smooth, and the wider team is credited with supporting safety on active sites so that other trades can work securely. A detail many reviews return to is the conduct of door staff, with a minority of accounts describing difficult interactions at events and at a pub, including refusals of entry and physical handling, reported as poor experiences by the individuals involved, while longer-serving clients continue to highlight the quality of personnel and their conduct on site.
