Excellent service. Having ordered my Starlink system, ProTech installed the equipment with purchased wall bracket from Starlink, out of alignment by 6 degrees. (Their bracket went back to Starlink) ProTech returned with their bracket and re-fitted which rectified the issue. I cannot recommend them enough. Jordan was on time and professional. I obtained advice in relation to a Mesh system, as dealing with flint walls require a boost. Really happy with ProTech communications, polite and responsive to calls.

Pro-Tech Solutions were very professional, courteous and gave clear information about what they could do and best situation for the dish. They kept me informed of arrival time and any issues if there were any. The work was done well and the worker cleared up after himself leaving nothing to do. I would very much recommend them for setting up home office /Internet systems.

Very friendly and helpful. Ensured before leaving that the system was fully working and cleared up all rubbish and mess and told us if we had any problems in the future to call. Would highly recommend.

Pro-Tech Solutions replaced my ageing alarm system and also installed a new CCTV system for me. Having spoken with Liam before the installations, I knew what work would be done, by whom and on which date. Exactly as promised, Liam and Jordan visited and completed the installations, plus a little extra work that was unexpected, all without issue. Liam and Jordan were polite, professional and obviously knew ‘their stuff’, as apart from a couple of confirmation questions, we didn’t know there were there! All the work was successfully completed as scheduled, with a little follow up configuration to the CCTV cameras a day or two later when we had used the system. It was a pleasure to have this company install our systems and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
