ProTec Smart Solutions

Dependable workmanship and deep technical knowledge stand out across feedback on this Cardiff operation, which covers electrical installation, security systems, networking and audiovisual integration. Customers in several reviews describe teams that arrive when promised, behave professionally and leave sites orderly, with the finished result described as clean and carefully executed. When complications or late changes arose on complex jobs, the approach described is one of finding workable answers rather than allowing delays. Value comes up often too: reviewers note that sensible, economical options were proposed for large and demanding installations, and that completed systems have continued to perform without needing callbacks.

Clear communication runs through many accounts, with clients saying they were kept informed at every stage and that the end result matched what had been discussed. Soyib is named in connection with a DoorBird entry system, a combined electrical and audiovisual project and ongoing smart security work, earning particular credit for attention to detail and forward-looking integration. Customers also mention approachable staff and work spanning homes and businesses, from a two-camera security setup to extensive networked installations.
