So thankyou its very much appreciated.

Great service from Karl at KWR! We are so pleased with our new alarm system that he installed. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. His communication and time keeping were fantastic, which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend.
I got in touch with Karl at KWR Fire & Security Ltd when our aging alarm system started to malfunction. He was very obliging and immediately drove across Cardiff, despite the antisocial hour, in an attempt to fix it. When this proved impossible, he came back within a few days to fit a replacement system which we are delighted with. It is reassuring to have a reliable alarm system but also to know that if anything did go wrong, Karl is on call 24/7. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
Karl came to install an intruder alarm and then we asked him back for cctv. He was a cheerful person in all our interactions. His work was efficient and clean, without cutting corners. Offered excellent advice. His after care has been superb, where I've messed up and not understood Karl has always been on hand to help. Would 100% recommend his services to anyone else. Wish he could also fix my boiler... Thank you Karl and all the best for the future.
