Pro-tek Security Ltd

I just called Pro-tek to ask about replacing a CCTV cable that a squirrel had chewed through. The guy that I spoke to said that I would be better off replacing the cable myself and that it would only cost a fraction of having it professionally replaced. He told me how to do it (quite easy really) and where to get the consumables from! He could have just taken the job and made a quick £££ but he didn't. That to me, is honesty at its best! So they have made no money out of me, but they have made an advocate and I reckon that customer service like that is priceless. Well done Pro-tek.

I would definitely recommend pro tek, after needing new cameras added to our old system Shaun came out to assist with what was needed, didn’t over charge and very reasonably priced. Came when they said and got the job done, the man that came and fitted the system was also very friendly and helpful.

Pro-Tek security are everything you want from an alarm / security company and more! Polite and great over the phone service, knowledgeable even on a random system I got they were able to help. The engineer Errol came out to the job and was polite, knowledgable and thorough! He didn’t leave until all was tested twice! Thanks so much to Shaun and the team! You’re brilliant and will be using you again thank you so much!

Shaun has carried out a number of jobs for me and my extended family over the years, and I’ve always been impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Most recently, he helped me diagnose an alarm issue over a video call, which saved me both time and money - excellent service as always.

SUPERB, We have had our cctv for about 7 years , recently we lost it on our mobile phones and I pad , so I contacted Pro tek they came out really quick the engineer was bang on and sorted it out in a couple of hours, very neat and tidy I would recommend this company 100%

Called Pro-Tek yesterday in a complete panic, my alarm box had activated for no reason. Shaun promptly rung me back and talked me through what to do to stop the ringing and correct the fault. Highly reputable company so grateful for the help, totally recommend. Thankyou Shaun

Highly Recommended I hired Pro-Tek Security to install a CCTV system at my home and they did an outstanding job. The team was professional from the start — quick response, helpful free consultation, and clear advice with no pressure. They installed 5 high-quality cameras with excellent night vision. Wiring was neat, everything works perfectly, and the picture quality is crystal clear.
