On Call Security

Super positive experience from the moment Megan phoned me about my interest to the visit by Henry to discuss the service and then installed same day. Really great service and system working well.

Although there was problems with the wifi connection initially, On Call did all that was necessary to get the system up and running correctly. I Cannot fault the company for ensuring that everything was up and running correctly.

Very clear and understandable quotation with no catches. Installation painlessly carried out by a polite, neat and tidy technician who gave a clear instruction to both of us.

Really happy with our new alarm system from on call. Rob was great and explained everything clearly to ensure we made the right decision for us and our family. The app is great and it makes setting your alarm super easy, also love the camera that comes with the package.

Brilliant service. Ricky arrived on time as always and installed two new smoke alarms. Security system all updated. Very professional as always.

I spoke to Rob Carr over the phone after being locked out of my system. They were extremely helpful — took me through all the necessary security questions and guided me through resetting a new code quickly and professionally. Really friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. Excellent service from start to finish!

Dimitar installed our security system today. He is a fantastic engineer-very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He gave us a wonderful lesson on how to work all the technology and was patient and understanding. For outstanding home security service, there is none to equal Dimitar from On Call. Highly recommended-ten out of ten.
