Advised me that the main board batteries were nearing replacement, but didn't push for this. We both agreed that they should be replaced now. Very happy with tge service, especially the reminder when due.

I started using reolink & ring doorbell’s, these diy systems have many limitations, so I’ve had a three camera system installed by omega fire & security, they have paid for themselves in well under a year, especially when you factor in ring subscription costs, Martyn and his team are very professional and always available, especially when getting used to the system and it’s capabilities, the cameras are very unobtrusive and extremely cost effective, the antisocial behaviour outside our property has stopped, not expensive no subscriptions highly recommended
I contacted Omega because I was unhappy with the company who had been servicing my Pyronix alarm system. Andy was extremely knowledgeable, pointing out several intricate features on my system, which the previous company had ignored. Andy was honest in telling me not all of my [expensive] batteries for external sensors needed replacing. Andy’s time and patience in setting up the app for me was highly appreciated. Andy was clean and tidy removing his shoes countless times when entering my house from the garden and garage. All this for a very reasonable price. I am absolutely delighted to have found this very professional family company and they come with my highest recommendation.
