I was really pleased with the security camera system that was installed recently by North Shore CCTV. Gavin was very professional And polite. Work carried out both inside and outside the house was done neatly, efficiently and thoroughly tested before he completed the job. He took time before leaving to explain to me exactly how to navigate the system (which was straightforward) and only left when he was sure understood everything. I was very happy with the price of the system and the installation. I highly recommend the company. I had four cameras installed.

I dealt with both Iolo and Gavin who were both excellent. Phoned the office at 9am and Iolo was with us before 10. He identified the problem straight away (dead alarm battery) and would have solved it straight away but didn’t have the correct battery- fully explained the situation and said a new battery would be with them tomorrow and that Gavin would come to install the battery. When Gavin came he was able to install the battery and get the alarm up and running within 5 minutes. Top Class service all round

Following a really stressful and expensive bad experience with another local cctv/alarm company where we paid them to fit 7 Hik Vision cameras and an alarm system and absolutely nothing worked we contacted Gavin of North Shore Security. Gavin called out to the property, pointed out everything that needed to be done, arranged a convenient date to complete the work and basically got on with it. We now have a system that works perfectly and also we know how to manage everything on our apps.
