Premium CCTV & Alarms Ltd was founded in 2018 by Ben Norris, who is the founder and lead engineer. The company serves South Wales, West Wales and Bristol. It is an AJAX and Uniview certified partner. Every job comes with a minimum 12-month warranty. The company carries full public liability insurance.
All engineers are DBS checked. All systems are installed to British Standards. The company does not use subcontractors. All field engineers are personally trained by Ben. Services include CCTV, alarms, access control, commercial maintenance and fire alarms.

Ben & his colleague came today to fit 2 cctv cameras for us . They were very polite and helpful , no mess at all and cameras look and work amazing .Weve asked Ben if he could fit an extra camera for us and he has arranged a time & day that suits us both. From initial contact through to the pre-installation visit, the whole process was very efficient. The pricing was competitive and clearly explained, and the installation was completed quickly and smoothly. The team took the time to show us how everything works on the app, which was really helpful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Had our cctv up graded with Ben and the team also added ring doorbell to the package for extra security . Again amazing service from start to finish these guys know their stuff. Highly recommend
