Jcs installed a cctv and alarm system to my property 4 years ago. A very professional and friendly service. Always happy to answer any questions I've had. Since the instalation they have carried out my annual maintenance of the systems. Always arrive on time and again very professional in the service given. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Excellent service from initial quote, right through to installation. JCS came out, completed an accurate survey, provided a reasonably priced quote and installed exactly what we required with professionalism. Each person we have spoken to, either in person or via email has been a pleasure. The guys that visited our offices today did their job with skill and care, leaving everything cleaned up and working as expected. 100% recommended from me. Thank you 🙏🏻

Excellent swift service by not only the company to order the camera but also the fitter to get it installed. Incredibly happy with the quality of said camera also, exactly what we wanted/needed for peace of mind and safety in our home. Would highly recommend!

★☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had a written quote from JCS for a like-for-like replacement of a camera and wiring after fire damage. I explained the situation clearly, and without even visiting the property, they provided a written quote. I submitted this to my insurance company, and we agreed on a set sum of money to cover the replacement as per JCS’s written quote. When JCS came to complete the work, they told me an extra bracket was needed to fit the new camera — a more modern version of one they had originally installed so they knew exactlywhat camera was being replaced. I was then told I would have to pay extra for the bracket, despite our clear agreement. When I called Jay, the manager, to explain that the price had already been agreed with the insurance company and I shouldn’t be paying anything more, he became defensive and unprofessional. He blamed me for not explaining the job properly — but as the customer, it’s not my job to second-guess technical requirements. It was JCS’s responsibility to ensure their quote covered everything necessary. In the end, I paid the additional cost just to get the job finished properly — but I absolutely shouldn't have had to. Poor attitude, lack of professionalism, and no accountability. I won’t be using JCS again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values clear communication and fair service. As a main supplier for Hic Vision Camera's I expected so much more professionalism.

I had a problem with my Hikvision home CCTV system that I have had for about five years, long story short I spent hours myself trying to rectify the problem as well as phoning Hikvision three times who could not do anything,so I was unable to fix it, I contacted one local company who did not even bother to reply, then I discovered JCS Security I viewed a video they have on their website about how they can gain Access to your system ( with your permission and details) to diagnose faults and fix them. I give them a call and after I explained my my problem the gentleman on the phone took some details from me explained very clearly to me what I had to do at my end, which was very little and within minutes he had fixed the problem I was so impressed and grateful I know if I have any problems or issues in the future with my system JCS will be my one and only phone call. I can definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend the team at JCS we have had cameras installed today by Aaron and John lovely lads who worked efficiently, very clean workers and they actually took the time to show us how to work the system nothing was too much trouble for these two lads we are so happy with the full set up and end result thank you Aaron and John

The best experience from start to finish. Jay had contacted me over 4 years ago due to another issue with a previous CCTV system that was not installed by JCS but another company. I remembered the company and got in contact to replace all of my old cameras and to move one and was very quickly quoted a very reasonable price for the size of the job as the whole system and wiring had to be taken out so I booked them in straight away. Max and Aaron came at the time I was told and did such a good job at installing my new cameras and were both so friendly! They talked me through everything start to finish and set the app up on my phone. The quality of the cameras are absolutely amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to secure their house with CCTV, the service is amazing. Emma who dealt with all of my queries was so lovely as well so thank you all so much it’s the biggest relief to have 4 working cameras!
