James has been and fitted/installed a full intruder & security alarm system at my house today. What a legend he is, tidy work & efficient! The work he’s done is top notch and he’s a professional at what he does, the box is easy enough to use & the app on my phone too! (A monkey could use it!) - thanks so much James & I’d recommend for anyone to use him to feel safe at home ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He’s going to come back and do my back flood light too!

I had a problem with alarm system, it had activated and I couldn't disarm the outside bell,rang JCL, and James was extremely helpful ,I had tried a few solutions myself all to no avail ,James was on another job and when completed he rang to say he was on his way ,ran a few tests and suggested a new system ,this one had been installed nearly 20 yrs ago, I said go ahead ,and within a day had booked me in for a new system ,arrived on time , removed all system , installed new system and went through all instructions on how to use. James was polite , neat and tidy and at no time did he pressurise the sale, brilliant job by a well qualified engineer ,well worth knowing for friends and family if needed many thanks James

James has been amazing from start to finish. 8 cameras installed around my home at an agreed price. Reliable, friendly and a faultless service. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who asks about getting CCTV installed.

I was after a new alarm and CCTV system, James called and the Honest help and advice he gave was BRILLIANT. No pressure extremely knowledgeable explained everything and very friendly and tidy. James serviced my alarm system today after I was given his number from a family member. When I phoned to say I had an issue with my alarm we arranged a date and time. He was prompt and very friendly and done a thorough check of the system. He installed a new battery and outside panel and give me advice about the system. When he left he said not to hesitate to call him if I had any problems in the future. Would highly recommend and was so glad was given his number. Thanks again James 👍

James has just been out to my house, outside of normal working hours, due to my security system making a noise because of a fault. He arrived within 10 minutes of me calling him. He was very efficient and polite. Importantly, the out of hours/emergency call out fee seemed reasonable given that it also included him fixing the system and getting it set back up (i.e. not just making the noise stop for the night). I would be happy to recommend James' company.
