We hired Joe to install new WiFi in our warehouse and resolve a WiFi issue. He also helped improve the slow connection at my home. He went above and beyond, showing great patience and expertise. Highly recommend—I'll definitely use his services again!

Excellent service , I had an emergency issue and had no power on a Sunday morning. They were out in 30 mins and got power restored within the hour. Really nice person if I could give more stars I would.

Very quick response to my inquiry about updating burglar alarm and security cameras. Everything fitted within a week in a very professional manner and very clear explanation given on how everything works.

Been meaning to write a review for a while. I usually don’t have time but I feel it important. ifusion installed a burglar alarm to my home office and ran cat 5 cable to connect it to my network. He provided a great non-invasive solution, made suggestions that improved the install and subsequently has provided troubleshooting and support remotely within hours of initial phone call. Could not ask for better service and ongoing support.

I emailed with an enquiry as one of my cameras wasn’t working anfter changing broadband providers and I had a call within 30 minutes. I was talked through how to check everything and then had a video call to make sure everything was how it needed to be. In the end, it ended up being a user error (I unwittingly unplugged it!) and everything was back up and running within minutes. This is just exceptional customer service and I can’t rate this company highly enough.

Highly recommended. Joe came to quote for the removal of 3 lights, to be replaced with a new light. Managed to do it without pulling up flooring. Fast, neat, polite, competent and excellent value.

Service was quality. Toke his time to explain everything about the system. Any time I had a problem he was there to answer any questions. Thank Joe for an amazing Job 👏 🙌🏽 🙏🏼 ❤️ 👍🏼
