The customer care I have received from Chris Lewis has been great, they have always been very responsive and helpful. Thank you to the engineer Jamie who attended one of our sites today for your patience and professionalism. Appreciated.

Robert the engineer arrived on time. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He carried out the service checking each point doing any necessary repairs showing us on his laptop the state of each point. He did a full test before departing.

The engineer, Jamie, fitted new equipment for us and carried out our regular service/maintenance visit as well. He was very systematic and accurate in everything he did, and was charmingly courteous to us.

Excellent service from Chris Lewis Ltd and products that are straightforward to use and meet out needs. The installation was really professional, and the engineer worked neatly so it looks as if the various units have always been there! Highly recommend.

It's good to support a local small business that's very efficient and responsive. The all-in package, including an annual service for my security system, is good value, and the price hasn't crept up over the years, which I appreciate. I feel that that if anything went wrong with my system I would get an instant response from Chris Lewis.

The most disorganised company I have ever met. Their prices are insane, you will always chase them and get stories. They owe me a refund for failing to sort my alarm at home and agreed to refund, nothing refunded, just get ignored. The only positive is that engineers that work for them are really good, its a shame the company put them to shame. You know who I am as a client, which is also why I know nothing will be investigated, this is just a cut and paste reply. having now seen more reviews its clear the company have some bad issues.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! We paid nearly £3k for the alarm system thinking it would give us peace of mind when we are out.It was NOT at all.It was a NIGHTMARE from the start. The sensors were so sensitive that it would triggered the alarm when a truck drove over few miles away from my house or even a gentle knock on the window. We have had to rushed home many times just to turn the alarm off.We got calls and messages from the neighbours said that "Oh,your alarm is going off again" when we were just half way to Portsmouth for a day out or anywhere else.It made us so anxious to travel outside of Oxford. We had the engineers to come and had a look at it,it didn't help much at all.The costs of having them to come over to have a look and to change batteries is EXTORTIONATE. I don't normally review but I thought I should warn others before anyone make a regretful decision like us. My advice is go to Amazon and get some RING home security alarm system.It only costs a fractions of what they charge,better security systems and better customer service than what Chris Lewis had to offer. Be wise and good luck.
