Always excellent and speedy service. Called for an engineer today and even though they were very busy Lindi managed to have someone with us within 4hrs. Issue was rectified and all was back up and running same day.
IMMS installed a great new domestic alarm system a few years ago for a third of the price of our original system 40 years ago ! Follow up service has been wonderful. We recently added a couple of sensors, one of which complicated matters and was our fault as we had not thought through the implications !! Phoned IMMS to ask for it to be removed, ten minutes later Adam called, talked me through the keypad instructions. Job down. Great service, thankyou.
Really impressed with the service. I bought a new build and IMMS installed the alarm, and two year later we had an issue; I called and the helpful member of staff said an engineer would call back. Within 10 mins the engineer was on the phone and talked me through the process to sort the issue out.
Thanks to the staff and engineers for helping me after getting a new front door fitted. Really dug me out of a hole. Superb company and service.
