H3 Group Ltd

H3 Group Ltd is a family-run enterprise that began in Uplands, Swansea in the late 1980s repairing televisions from the back of a small vehicle. The company serves all sectors, both small and large, and many brands have trusted it as their partner in fire and security or appliance repairs for over 20 years. It serves Swansea, Cardiff and surrounding areas. H3 Group launched an Electric and Solar sector offering solar PV installations, electric vehicle charger installation and maintenance, and general electrical works.

Its services include CCTV Systems, Intruder Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Access Controls, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting and Automatic Barriers, and it offers round the clock monitoring. The team includes Charlie Walters and Tom Pearce as Fire and Security Engineers, Clare Edwards as Scheduling Coordinator, and Ashley Chisango as Head Appliance Repair Technician. Its motto is 'Gadewch O Hefo Ni', which loosely translates to 'leave it to us' in Welsh.

H3 Group Ltd earns consistent praise across its installation and support work in Swansea, where customers highlight intercom systems, fob entry setups and CCTV coverage as areas handled with care. The recurring theme is the professionalism of named engineers, among them Dan, Josh, Tom, Theo, Connor and Burty, who are credited with explaining equipment clearly and keeping site staff informed. Several reviewers describe teams that worked around building users, maintained tidy work areas and left premises secure once the job was complete.

Rapid response comes up repeatedly, with issues resolved quickly and efficiently, while support is described as prompt whenever it was needed. Accounts from a school and an office setting note courteous, approachable engineers who represented the company well. Dan is singled out for being obliging, understanding and quick in his dealings, and Josh is described as friendly and knowledgeable. The fob system fitted by Tom is one example of work carried out helpfully, with clear explanations given to those on site. Requests for reviews of camera positions across factory units were met with timely, practical advice.
