GLD Security

Graeme did a great job in organisation and communication (he also stuck at a job later in the day where he could've left on time, but saw it through to the end, after over an hour extra) The guy who did most the work (Sorry Ive forgotten his name) was tremendous - helpful/friendly/courteous, so couldnt have asked for better re both of them.

We have had a great experience working with Graeme and GLD Security for our CCTV, fire alarm maintenance, and intruder alarm systems. The pricing is reasonable, payment arrangements are flexible, and the service is outstanding. Graeme is always quick to help solve problems and answer questions, even on weekends. His dedication and support make a real difference. We highly recommend GLD Security to any business in Edinburgh looking for a reliable security company.

My neighbour and I have both used GLD Security. They were fast, friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from GLD Security I recently had an intruder alarm and CCTV system installed by GLD Security, and I am extremely impressed with the service I received from start to finish. Lauren was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was professional, helpful, and always quick to answer any questions I had, making everything run smoothly from the office side. Graeme carried out the installation and did an excellent job. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked before leaving. The intruder alarm is brilliant and gives me complete peace of mind, while the CCTV cameras are top quality with excellent image clarity and performance. The whole system has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend GLD Security to anyone looking for a reliable and professional security company. Thank you to Lauren and Graeme for such a great experience! — A very satisfied customer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service from GLD Security from start to finish. Graeme and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The installation was neat and completed to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly afterwards. Really impressed with the quality of the system and the customer service. Highly recommend GLD Security to anyone in Edinburgh looking for reliable and trustworthy security specialists.

Called GLD security on a whim after our car was targeted and contents stolen. Really made me reconsider our home security system. Graeme was available to come out to us the next working day. He had a look at the system in place, suggested a few changes and possible upgrades without being overly pushy or money hungry, offered to put together a quote for upgrades and made sure that we were all up and running (as well as comfortable) with what we had before leaving. Personable but professional service, would highly recommend in a heartbeat. Thanks Graeme.

Used GLD Security to install a security alarm and CCTV camera. All installed to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. Graeme and Mike were also very responsive and addressed minor teething issues (contributed by user error!) straight away. Would not hesitate to recommend.
