Fraser Fire & Security Ltd

Fraser Fire & Security Ltd is an independent business specialising in fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and fire extinguishers. It operates from bases in Kintore and Forres and provides fire safety and security services across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray and Inverness.

The company works in both residential and commercial premises. Its staff are highly skilled and fully qualified with years of experience in designing and installing all types of fire and security systems. The company introduced an online system for homeowners to assess their properties for fire safety compliance.

Installation and maintenance of fire, intruder and CCTV systems sit at the centre of the feedback, with routine servicing also featuring regularly. Customers describe work being finished properly and engineers turning up when they say they will, and punctuality emerges as a consistent strength. The professionalism of the team, both office-based and on site, recurs across accounts, as does the patience shown in explaining how new equipment functions once fitted. Reviewers frequently remark that operatives clean up after themselves, leaving premises tidy whether the visit involved an alarm upgrade or an annual inspection.

Named individuals appear in the praise, with Steve credited for tracing faults inherited from an earlier provider and for keeping clients updated while issues were worked through, and Dean described as methodical during a service call. Pricing is characterised as sensible and the team as approachable and straightforward to deal with. Work has spanned fire extinguisher supply and fire safety assessments for commercial premises as well as domestic alarm systems, and some relationships stretch over successive years, including a hotel that returns for planned maintenance. Repeat servicing remains a common thread.
