Our business changed our security and fire detection systems to GATT Fire and Security Ltd in Jan 26. We are extremely happy with the level of service and support we have had from Johnathan. Changing over has been very straightforward and hassle free. I would highly recommend GF&S
Quick response, excellent service, well priced. Did everything that was required and provided additional advice to ensure i had everything covered! Highly recommended.
Within a week of contacting Gatt Fire ans Security Ltd, they had visited located the problem and told me what I needed to rectify it. A quote followed the same day with price for parts and labour. After agreeing the parts were ordered and Jonathan was round the next day and fixed. He is a very polite and professional and honest also easy to get on with. I would highly recommend his firm to anyone who has a problem with cctv issues.
I was talking the other day to a friend and saying, why can't you find an honest business anymore that takes pride in what they do, does a good job and cares about the customer. Well, the universe answered with Gatt Fire and Security. Jonathon could not have been more professional or accommodating. I had to cancel our appointments several time, and he was very pleasant each time. We were finally able to connect and he came out to the house, and talked to me about my options. He did not try to sell me anything except what I needed. Gave me a fair quote, and accommodated my timeline for installation. The day of installation he showed up on time did a very professional job, cleaned up and gave us a tutorial on how to use the equipment. I HIGHLY recommend his business.
Wonderful experience! Jonathan was punctual and very efficient. He was kind, informative, and happy to have a chat. The installation is perfect and tidy, you would never know it’s there unless it’s pointed out. The tidy up was done so well it was like he was never here. Highly recommend!
Jonathan came to fit our Starlink. He did a great job - discussing options with me and ensuring his work was tidied up and left in good order. Great communication on when he would be at the house. Thank you.
Jonathons company came to install our Starlink set up and did a fantastic job. Polite, professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend them.
