Focus Security Solutions (NI) Ltd

Householders and families in Belfast who have relied on the firm across several properties describe a consistent pattern of dependable support. Alarm systems fitted during house construction have been followed by routine servicing and later upgrades, with users noting that the same standard of care carries through from the initial installation onwards. Several reviewers highlight how quickly problems are resolved: a call about a faulty alarm brought an engineer who explained the system, replaced a battery and offered thorough guidance.

Communication is a recurring theme, with praise for how queries are handled by phone to avoid unnecessary call-out charges and for detailed reports that help customers understand faults and prevent repeat visits. The team is described as responsive when emergencies arise, arriving promptly and completing work without fuss. Named engineer Brendan is singled out for his helpful manner and clear advice. Reviewers also value the firm's willingness to assist when other contractors have left jobs unfinished. Regular maintenance visits and system upgrades are mentioned as part of an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off transaction, with professionalism and reliability recurring throughout the accounts.
