Since Focus taken over by Walker this is a disaster. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. Constantly have to chase for them to come back. Came out after long delay and didn’t even have correct parts or a ladder that’s long enough!! Really really poor and disorganised.

Before they were take over by Walker Fire they were the best company to deal with, but now the prices have sky rocketed and the staff change every week i would not engage with this company

Just moved into our new house and had had a problem with alarm system. Brendan arrived and had a look at it and told us about the system and installed a new battery. He was very nice and really helpful and we were so grateful for all his advice. Thank you Brendan
