Brilliant service! Michael was so helpful and has a great sense of humour! He was punctual and respectful of my property. He explained everything I needed to know and has been amazing throughout setting up my security system! The system works well and seems easy to navigate! Thanks to Michael and the rest of Premier!

This company don't seem to want my money... Called them 7 weeks ago to get my alarm system checked and updated. They said they'd call me back to book a date but then didn't call. I called again and they said they'd come round in 2 weeks and then didn't show up. I called again and they said they would be there the following Tuesday. Its been 2 weeks since that Tuesday and nobody has shown up or called to apologise for not turning up or to reschedule. I'm not impressed and will be looking elsewhere.
