We recently had CCTV, a wireless doorbell and a new intruder alarm system installed and the overall experience was excellent. The team were professional, approachable and clearly very knowledgeable. The cameras have been positioned perfectly so all angles are covered and the doorbell and alarm were integrated smoothly into the setup. Everything was installed neatly and with great attention to detail. It’s reassuring to know the property is fully protected and we’re extremely pleased with the quality of both the products and the service provided.

Average service when installing our multi unit residential entry system. I'm very surprised by the other genuine? reviews. Installer initially fitted the wrong product & when questioned about it he said he wasn't surprised by this. We were then told our original choice as quoted was out of stock. Alternative products fitted but not finished (called back twice more to finally get the job done). Then invoiced incorrectly 4 times. Installation finally completed, but v painful service & will try someone else next time.

The after installation service has been great too which is where the true value is to ensure that I can get the full use out of my system as intended.
