Recurring accounts from people who have worked with or for this security guarding firm in Cambridge point to a wide gap between the experience of clients and that of staff. Several describe a workforce that is well regarded on the ground, with praise for a helpful and pleasant group of people and for sites that are kept clean and run efficiently. Alongside this, a detail many reviews return to is dissatisfaction with how the organisation is managed, with reviewers describing poor communication, a lack of empathy and a reluctance to respond to alarm calls covered by an existing contract.

Some former employees report being asked to carry out unpaid preparation before shifts and describe being charged for vetting as part of the recruitment process, which they felt was unfair. Others refer to management decisions that, in their view, placed additional pressure on staff. Front-line personnel are valued by those they serve, while the treatment of employees and the handling of contractual obligations attract considerable criticism from those who have dealt with the company directly.
