3.0 / 5 · 10 totalI gave them notice of cancellation and they still took money. I had to cancel direct debit. Then they tried to tell me that i had not given notice and I had to foward email original sent. They will not refund money and stated illegally i was meant to give 6 months notice of cancellation. Do not deal with this company they only phone you if alarm goes off and do norhing for their over priced subscription
Speedy visit to sort problem -sensor problem quickly fixed but battery required for outside - the first engineer didn’t have one in van . Had a call after five pm to say someone would be round to fit it save me waiting to Monday . Both engineers and call centre receptionists very helpful . We’ve had alarms supplied and serviced by CSS for many years (around 14) and service has always been very good .
Very poor customer service and no understanding of lifetime loyalty. We moved into a house with a CSS system from previous owner who had discontinued the contract. We wanted the box on front wall removed to enable masonry work. Although no longer our system/contract CSS wanted to charge £180 as a call out charge to disconnect. Although we will require a security system to be installed following retrofit work ,on the basis of this experience ,we would not consider CSS. We were with our previous supplier for 30 + years. CSS do not understand lifetime loyalty.
Promised a 'definite' return phone call in response to a query......still waiting.....
The linking of smoke, heat and CO alarms has been promptly and efficiently completed by your helpful and charming engineer. No mess was made and it was much faster than we feared. Thank you.
