Adding additional power sockets and hiding all cables. Very professional, a real attention to detail, the finish is outstanding. I am delighted with the finished product, thank you. Crystal Smart & Security team did such a great job in mounting my new TV on the wall and reconnecting all other items without cables hanging around. Neat, tidy job. The engineer on site was polite, knowledgable, advised us which sound surround system is suitable for our apartment. The price for the quality of service was great too! And we will be calling them again once we purchase the surround system for a stress free set up. Thank you Crystal team!
Alex was informative and kept us informed of what the job would entail and left the site clean and tidy after doing what he said he would - when he said he would!!
Highly recommended! I've never seen such attention to detail. They installed a Brave 9 85-inch TV and a Sennheiser Ambeo Max on wall mounts, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned despite the uneven walls and floor. All cables are neatly tucked behind trunking, which I've painted to match the wall.
We had a new LG OLED TV installed by Alex. He did a fantastic job fitting the new TV to my existing stand. He arranged the cables in such a way that you wouldn’t even know they were there. This pleased my wife so much as she hates to see any cables on show!! A very professional installation and highly recommended.
What brilliant service. On time, on budget, tidied up and did what he said he would. Installed tv, sound bar and surround sound speakers and set it all up so even a muppet can use it..... Well happy
