Cole Security Services Ltd, operating in Bolton, has drawn consistent praise from event organisers for the attentiveness of both its security and cleaning teams, with clients describing a professional standard and positive feedback from all involved. Reviewers name Francis, Mandy, Ruth and Al as proactive managers whose unwavering professionalism is seen as central to the company's ethos. A recurring theme is the effort made to build relationships with customers and support their business growth, and long-standing provision of security services across the north west is cited as evidence of that continuity.

Reliability and a willingness to go the extra mile feature often, and the friendly, people-focused approach of the owner and staff is regularly mentioned. Accounts also highlight the firm's role in providing employment alongside its security work. However, some reports describe an incident at a depot where an officer behaved rudely and aggressively towards drivers, causing upset. Recurring concerns also point to a perceived lack of accountability and transparency from management. While the personal approach and leadership are valued, on-site conduct and the handling of concerns have left some clients and drivers dissatisfied.
