If you tell someone you will respond via call the same day with an outcome , do not proceed to then use an automated response a week later on a job site , it is unprofessional and ungrateful.

Travelled to Manchester to watch my boyfriend and sister running a marathon for Young Lives vs Cancer Charity, I was really excited to watch them and was waiting at the finish line and was treated DISGUSTINGLY by this woman in the photo, who grabbed, pinched, and twisted my arm as I walked in the “wrong direction” although preceded to let other people do the same thing. VILE company that allows assault to young women.

From an event organisers point of view I would avoid appointing ExcluSec. 6 months after contracting them for a 20,000 attendance festival in 2021 and putting down a 50% deposit, we were informed they could no longer support the event with only 6 days notice from when the cover was supposed to start. After believing we had a good relationship with the MD, we were informed by email, apologising for the inconvenience but refused to take our calls or in any way attempt to help us resolve the mess they had left us in so close to our event. I did eventually speak to another director after a number of calls who merely stated they would issue me a full refund (which they did the same day) but were unwilling to support us find a replacement. At the time we were coming out of the pandemic and there was a staffing shortage, but as per my comment above they had 6 months to plan the provision, failed to notify us at any point they were struggling to cover the event and left us in a situation, 1 week before our event without any security provision, which could have seriously damaged our business. They are deeply unprofessional and are not worth the risk. EDIT: It was nice to hear from James (the MD) for the first time since his email (only 5 minutes after writing the review), following our communication I've added that they refunded me the same day they withdrew their services... 6 days before the show, with no pre warning, or offer of support to source an alternative.

Very hard to talk to control and poorly trained staff who answers the calls even sometimes cuts the calls
