Excellent professional service from Darren installing and updating our alarm system. Arrival on time, communicated his progress throughout the day, discussed options I could have and cleared up afterwards. What more would you want? Also the patience of a saint when explaining the new app. Thank you.
Can’t praise this company highly enough. They sent someone out to reset our camera, asap and Darren was extremely patient, polite and reassuring especially towards my anxious elderly mum. He completed the job well, quickly and professionally. I am very happy to have the camera working again. I would highly recommend.

Good company. Clear and easy communication whilst booking an alarm service and repair, prices were clear and a time to suit us was agreed. Calum came out and did the work, no fuss and did a great job, neat, tidy and very helpful. Very satisfied and will use them going forward.
We've had Circle Security maintain our alarm since they installed it many years ago. Always great service. Today (Sunday) Darren came out to fix a fault that it had. The really quick response in under an hour when you need someone to help is fantastic and why we stick with them. Darren's cheery manner was another big plus!
Darren & apprentice Cameron were excellent in upgrading our existing Circle Security system to a more modern wireless + app set-up. Both very polite, efficient & helpful. Left the place clean & tidy. Great job!
