Customers repeatedly note that Marc, the technician named in most accounts, arrives at the agreed time and keeps them informed before, during and after the visit, often through messaging. A recurring theme is the care taken to diagnose faults properly, whether the problem concerns an internet connection, an ethernet network or a television signal, before any work begins.

Reviewers describe being consulted on placement and configuration, with one customer recalling advice on how to position a television to suit the room. Pricing is characterised as fair and the completed work as prompt, tidy and respectful of the home, including removing footwear on entry. Several accounts mention that explanations were given in plain terms and that requests were carried out as specified. The efficiency of the response, including a bank holiday call-out, is highlighted, alongside the courteous and knowledgeable manner in which technical problems were resolved. Home cinema and aerial-related jobs appear among the services customers describe.
