I was searching locally and came across Mike. Form the start Mike was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and provided great advice for the system I required. The system and cameras in particular, he said, would be like night and day once installed to the old system I had in place. I have to say he was absolutely right. The difference with full colour night vision and sound is a revelation. Every time I take a look I still come away amazed. Highly recommend Mike for quality service.

Mike installed my system about 8 months ago and came back to do the 3 camera and NVR firmware updates and the smart phone app updates. All were done quickly and tested out before leaving site, and also to ensure the remote TV screen in the kitchen was working to spec. Mike takes time to explain what he's doing and the implications for the functionality of the overall system.

Really good service, Mike helped me choose the right products and technique for our installation of ethernet cable from the house down to the garden office, andbgave a really reasonable and clear quote. He even talked me out of choosing a more expensive product I was considering- its usually the other way round! The install was done exactly as we wanted, in a mornings work, the site was left clean and tidy, and Mike was friendly and professional throughout. We tested the speed in the garden room after install and got 260+ Mbps down- in paying for 250 with Virgin so no complaints there!
