Upgraded our Wifi from BT to Starlink this morning we needed a a quick turnaround due to work commitments, however Adam did mention that the kit was free if we signed up for the year. Made the process simple and easy to deal with. Honest and professional service.
Great experience with Aoi Digital Aberdeen. They installed my Starlink at short notice after another company let me down. Communication was excellent, and the service was professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
The boys fitted four Hikvision cameras and our alarm system after our old Bt. line was replaced with fibre, Adam updated our alarm for monitoring alerts. Good price and tidy workmanship.
Our holiday home internet had dropped below 10 Mbps which made working remotely, or even basic browsing frustrating. Adam supplied and installed a Starlink system for us the same day! Difference has been night and day. Highly recommend if your needing a professional installation.
Excellent quick repair. Friendly service and reasonable price. Highly recommend ed.
Had problems with sky dish bracket and sky had let us down twice and was not giving dates for the repair. After 10 days we called Adam and he was here within a day and fixed the problem within 45 minutes and done an excellent job, would recommend Adam if you are having problems with sky or similar companies. Really disappointing/poor experience: - emailed to make an appointment - appointment confirmed for Tuesday 20th (and my work schedule adjusted to be home for it) - did not appear at arranged appointment - did not contact me to inform me they would not be attending - did not answer phone when I tried to contact them - did not answer my subsequent email querying the non-attendance I have email proof of all the above, in case there is any attempt at denial
