Advance Alarms

I would give this clown 0 stars if i could. As soon as he takes your money he doesn't care about you and doesn't even have the decency to respond to your queries. Avoid like the plague!!

My home alarm was repeatedly sounding in the night when there were small power cuts as the back up battery had died. After contacting numerous electricians that said they won't touch alarms, and a home security company who quoted twice the price that Advance Alarms charged, I was glad to find this company. Graham's communication was excellent from the start, coming on time at a time that suited me and getting the job done alongside servicing the system.

Speedy and straightforward. Graham was very friendly and helpful. He took out some old sensors as we dont use them and so I can decorate. Took the time to explain our system properly for me. Would use again if we ever upgrade. Or reccomend.

Graham from Advance Alarms provided a very prompt and professional service today. My alarm box had some issues and had failed. Graham was able to give me a very competitive qoute over the phone to replace it. Graham was Extremely knowlegdgable, and experienced, with great communication, and able to problem solve and resolve the issue, and get my alarm system working again. Great service, would highly recommend.

So it all started when my Dad called me in a right old state of an evening last week, worrying that his house alarm was going off and it couldn't be switched off using the code. Dad is currently quite poorly and on a waiting list for a heart op so it was up to me to try and sort it somehow. Not being an alarm technician myself (!) and after randomly calling people from a google search, I found Graham from Advance Alarms. Not only did he commit to help me resolve the situation there and then over the phone, he was so calm and knowledgeable, I was amazed and grateful that he would be willing to help a stranger! He talked me through taking out the battery and fuse which was causing the issue and all the while the alarm is blaring like mad. If you've ever been in this situation, you'll understand how stressful it is. The noise suddenly stopped after about 15 minutes after Graham's help, and we were so relieved. Thanks Graham, and special thanks from my elderly Dad. We are very grateful and will be in touch when we need to get the alarm system back up and running. All best wishes. x

Great service by Graham I highly recommend going to Advance Alarms for anyone in the area What I like compared to other companies I approached was that he answered straight away and was straightforward with the quote and booking process. He was punctual and I was able to leave him carrying out his install while I was working. The house was left in a clean condition and finally the alarm is simple and straightforward to use 5 star service!
