Knowledgeable guidance and keen pricing recur throughout the feedback for this Leicester CCTV and security system specialist. Sid, named repeatedly by customers, is described as taking time to explain what is genuinely required rather than pushing extra equipment. Several accounts mention that he suggested a simpler setup than the one originally envisaged, achieving the same outcome while saving money on kit and cabling. The hardware itself, including Hikvision 4K cameras and NVRs, draws praise alongside the value for money on offer, with advice given on cabling such as CAT6 rather than unnecessary additions.

Buyers who gathered quotations from other suppliers report that prices here were extremely competitive and that the stock matched their requirements exactly. Beyond the initial sale, reviewers highlight dependable aftercare, with guidance readily available and faults sorted out promptly when they arise. One commercial customer notes that audio and visual CCTV was installed at their premises and that Sid returns to link in new equipment, such as computers and phone systems, as needed. Installations are described as neat and continuing to function well long after completion, with further additions to existing systems also handled.
